The Store Associate at The Organic World plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily retail operations. The associate ensures product availability, store hygiene, accurate billing, and promotes organic, natural, and healthy lifestyle products in alignment with the brand’s values.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Guide customers on organic products, ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
• Sales & BillingOperate POS systems and manage cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately.
• Promote in-store offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to help achieve store sales targets.
• Store OperationsEnsure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
• Check product quality, freshness, and expiry dates regularly.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the store.
