Job Description
- Looking For Hyderabad,Vijayawada and Bangalore locations
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers whose motor and health insurance policies are up for renewal.
- Educate customers about renewal benefits, policy features, and available options.
- Convince policyholders to renew their policies and address any objections or concerns.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant insurance products as needed.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure policy conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and renewal conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and underwriting team to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Achieve assigned renewal targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all interactions.
