Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the store/showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, prices, offers, and warranties.
  • Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays and showroom appearance.
  • Manage stock inquiries and coordinate with inventory teams.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
