Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our sports goods store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers choose the right sports equipment, footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable sports products based on customer needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing, and availability.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Receive and arrange new stock deliveries.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales.
