Job SummaryThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in retail sales, supermarkets, grocery stores, or customer service environments and be passionate about delivering an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and provide product information.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and replenished regularly.
• Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and store cleanliness.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately (if assigned to cashier duties).
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
• Support inventory checks and stock management activities.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist in receiving and arranging new stock deliveries.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail, supermarkets, grocery stores, or customer-facing roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or above.
