Retail Staff

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Associate with around 1 year of experience in retail or supermarket operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced organic retail environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information, especially about organic and natural products
• Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and well-organized
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock
• Maintain store hygiene as per company standards
• Support promotional activities and in-store displays
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/store operations (supermarket/FMCG preferred)
• Basic knowledge or interest in organic and healthy products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers efficiently and politely
• Basic computer/POS knowledge
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred Skills:Experience in grocery, organic stores, or food retail
• Customer service orientation
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Education:Minimum: 10+2 / Any Graduate
