 Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and key KPIs

Lead, train, and motivate the Beauty Advisors and store team

Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control

Ensure visual merchandising and store standards as per brand guidelines

Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations effectively

Maintain store hygiene, compliance, and operational excellence

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies for improvement

 Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop store staff

Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching

Create a positive and energetic work environment

 Requirements

2–5 years of experience in retail/store management (Beauty/FMCG preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics is an added advantage

Basic understanding of inventory management and retail operations
