Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Insurance Sales Agents for a newly established insurance company – Beta Trading Company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Life and Health Insurance sales, with the ability to generate business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth from the Banjara Hills office.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell life and health insurance products to prospective clients
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay updated with industry trends and insurance products

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Life and Health Insurance sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Existing network in the insurance sector
• Strong relationship management abilities
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
