Job Description – Field Sales & Marketing OfficerPosition: Field Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Field-Based

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and sell our two brands in the market. The role involves visiting dealers, retailers, distributors, builders, plumbers, contractors, and other potential customers to generate sales, build strong business relationships, and expand our market presence.

Freshers are welcome to apply. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills are more important than prior experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and market both company brands in the assigned territory.
• Visit existing and potential customers on a daily basis.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Report daily field activities and sales updates to the management.
• Assist with product demonstrations, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• EligibilityNo prior experience required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Language RequirementThe candidate must be able to communicate in all three languages:

• English
• Telugu
• Hindi
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed salary (as discussed during the interview).
• Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per working day.
• Sales Incentive: 1% commission on monthly sales exceeding ₹3,00,000. The commission will be calculated only on sales above ₹3,00,000 in a calendar month.
• Probation PeriodThe selected candidate will undergo a 3-month trial/probation period.
• Performance, attendance, discipline, and sales achievements will be evaluated during this period.
• Confirmation of employment will be based on satisfactory performance.
