Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing.
• Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits.
• Follow up with prospective buyers until the sale is closed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (12th pass with sales experience can also apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, or direct sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
