Job Description

Position: Real Estate Sales Team Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Sales

Experience: 2–8+ Years

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of sales executives, drive property sales, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Property Consultants.
  • Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, customer interactions, and conversions.
  • Achieve team sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and closures.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
