Sales And Site Executive

* Conduct regular visits to customer sites to monitor operations and maintain strong client relationships.

* Inspect deployed equipment to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and functioning efficiently.

* Monitor the performance and attendance of coordinators and other manpower deployed at client sites.

* Meet clients regularly to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and address concerns proactively.

* Record customer complaints, observations, and feedback, and communicate them promptly to the relevant internal departments.

* Coordinate with Operations, Service, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

* Follow up on complaints and corrective actions until closure and keep clients updated on the progress.

* Identify opportunities to introduce and promote the company’s other products and services at existing customer sites.

* Generate leads and support business development by building strong relationships with customers.

* Prepare and submit regular site visit reports, customer feedback reports, and action trackers.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt response, regular follow-ups, and professional communication.

* Support the sales team in achieving business targets through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
