Job Description

Designation : Experience Associate

Department : Retail Operations


Role Overview

The Experience Associate is responsible for delivering a personalized and premium customer

experience while supporting efficient day-to-day retail operations. The role focuses on luxury selling,

customer relationship building, operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards to drive

store performance.

As a key member of the store team, the Experience Associate acts as a brand ambassador, creates

memorable customer interactions, supports seamless store operations, and contributes to a refined

luxury retail environment.


Responsibilities

Elevated Customer Experience

● Deliver a warm, personalized, and premium shopping experience to every customer while

representing the elegance and values of the brand.

● Provide styling guidance and product knowledge on silver craftsmanship, hallmarking, purity,

gemstones, and collections to support purchase decisions.

● Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces for

self-purchase, gifting, and special occasions.

● Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups, repeat engagement, and

loyalty building to encourage repeat business.

● Support after-sales services including polishing, repairs, exchanges, and customer service

coordination while resolving concerns professionally.

Sales Performance

● Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.

● Maximize conversion, average bill value, and units per transaction through effective selling

techniques.

● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across collections to enhance customer

value.

● Support product launches, festive sales periods, and in-store events.

● Maintain awareness of customer buying trends and fast-moving products.

Retail Operations Excellence

● Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and premium store presentation standards,

ensuring showcases, counters, and customer areas are customer-ready.

● Support inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock accuracy processes.

● Ensure secure movement of stock from vault/storage to the sales floor as per process

guidelines.

● Handle billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures

accurately.


● Coordinate with internal teams for replenishment, transfers, and stock availability while

following SOPs and audit controls.

Team Collaboration

● Support the Store Manager and senior team members in daily briefings, store readiness, and

target alignment.

● Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high service and sales standards.

● Participate in training programs to strengthen product and service knowledge.

● Assist during peak hours and contribute to smooth floor operations.

● Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional team environment.

Candidate Profile:

● 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, watches, premium fashion,

lifestyle, or beauty brands.

● Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer service outcomes.

● Understanding of retail selling, customer servicing, and store operations.

● Knowledge of POS systems, billing, CRM tools, and inventory processes preferred.

● Exposure to visual merchandising and premium store presentation standards.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers

effectively.

● Excellent grooming, elegance, and professional presence aligned with luxury retail

standards.

● Customer-centric mindset with high ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.

● Strong communication skills with confidence to engage customers, explain products, and

provide styling guidance.

● Preferred Age Range: 21 to 28 years

● Communication Level: Good verbal communication with confident customer interaction,

able to explain products, engage customers warmly, and handle basic customer queries

professionally. English plus the local language fluency.
