To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; To ensure that revenue targets for the sub-category; To enhance conversion ratios and average transaction value per customer. Service the customer - Offering solutions, upselling, cross selling, attachment - Accessories & RCP,Billing - Billing process, MOPs
