▪ It will be 100% outbound process.

▪ Closer will be required to handle calls sent by TM team and qualified clients to be sold services we offer

including agreement signing

▪ Closer will be required to make calls using dialer and manual resources and sell them product/services we offer.

▪ Closer will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criteria’s

▪ Closer should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operates from Monday to Saturday but

hence can call associate to work on weekends when required

▪ Must have more than1 year experience in outbound sales/debt collections. Must have US calling or call

handling experience.

▪ EXCELLENT English communication skills.

▪ Salary date is the 10th of every month.

▪ Lucrative performance-based Incentives

▪ Annual increment policies and appraisal

▪ Work module is fixed. Company operates in accordance with US EST working hours
