ROLE PURPOSE

Ensure smooth movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline by coordinating customers, advisors, BDEs and internal teams while maintaining quotation accuracy, CRM discipline and sales process compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage sales pipeline.

• Review and track pending opportunities.

• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams.

• Support quotation preparation and review.

• Ensure CRM discipline across the sales team.

• Track follow-ups and opportunity movement.

• Escalate delays, risks and unresolved issues.

• Conduct sales review meetings and updates.

• Support advisors and BDEs in opportunity progression.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Education

• Any Graduate Preferred

Experience

• 3–5 Years in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Coordination or Business Development.
