Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Packaging Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in the packaging industry (flexible packaging). The role involves handling client coordination, order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, production, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client follow-ups

- Prepare quotations based on client requirements (size, material, printing, quantity, etc.)

- Communicate with clients regarding order status, pricing, and delivery timelines

- Coordinate with production and planning teams for order execution

- Track orders from enquiry to dispatch and ensure timely delivery

- Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and client databases

- Handle sample requests and ensure timely submission to clients

- Prepare daily MIS reports, sales reports, and order tracking sheets

- Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / back-office (preferably in packaging or related industry)

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel (important for order tracking & MIS)

- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes

- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines

- Graduate (any stream)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of packaging products

- Familiarity with production timelines and dispatch processes

- Strong follow-up and documentation skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in quotations & orders

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary – 15,000 to 25,000
