Key Responsibilities

✅ Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents

✅ Train, mentor, and motivate agents on SBI Life products and sales skills

✅ Drive new business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

✅ Monitor agent productivity, activation, and retention

✅ Support agents in customer acquisition and policy closures

✅ Build strong customer and agent relationships

✅ Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines

✅ Conduct sales meetings, training programs, and field activities regularly �
