Location: Camp, NIBM, Kondhwa, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: 15,000‚30,000 (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

About Serveseed Foundation:

Serveseed Foundation is committed to uplifting underprivileged communities through education, food distribution, and various social initiatives. We conduct fundraising activities in IT companies, malls, and other high-footfall areas to spread awareness and secure support for our ongoing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with individuals and corporate employees in IT companies and malls to explain Serveseed programs.

Effectively communicate the impact of our initiatives and encourage people to contribute.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential donors and sponsors.

Work towards fundraising targets while ensuring donor satisfaction.

Represent Serveseed professionally and passionately in public engagement activities.

Maintain records of donor interactions and contributions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or public relations (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Confident and outgoing personality with a passion for social causes.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
