Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth for the organization. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, and achieving monthly/annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
- Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the team/manager.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) for smooth order execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and events.
