Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Meet customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
- Collect documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth processing.
- Build relationships with customers, builders, realtors, CAs, doctors, and business owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update customer records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely closure of cases.

Desired Candidate Profile✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to meet customers and generate business.

✔ Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
✔ Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services is an added advantage.
