Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand Glambug’s market presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups
• Present and promote Glambug’s products/services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
• Handle client objections and provide effective solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 12th PASS Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Experience in [beauty/fashion/startups/digital platforms] is a plus
