Job Title: Sales Manager – Fintech

Job Summary:


The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets. This role requires strong knowledge of fintech products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong industry relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.


Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the fintech/BFSI space.


Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and channel partners.


Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily/weekly targets.


Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.


Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.


Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams for client solutions.


Participate in meetings, events, roadshows, and fintech forums for brand visibility.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).


Proven experience in sales within fintech, banking, payments, lending, or related sectors.


Strong understanding of digital payments, NBFC products, POS systems, lending tools, or financial software.


Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


Ability to analyze data and create effective sales strategies.


Team-handling experience preferred.


Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
