Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager at Amodha Infra Private Limited, a Hyderabad-based real estate development company with 16+ years of experience and 8 completed projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them to site visits and closures across all active projects
  • Conduct site visits and close plot/villa sales
  • Manage and guide a small team of field sales executives
  • Build and maintain broker/channel partner relationships
  • Follow up with leads using CRM and WhatsApp workflows
  • Achieve monthly sales targets across projects

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years in real estate sales — plotted development preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property sales
  • Existing broker network is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable working on incentive-based earnings

Compensation:

  • Fixed: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month
  • Incentive: Up to ₹80,000/month based on closures
  • Total potential: ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,40,000/month
