Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (₹16,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed + ₹5,000 Incentives)
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations at our KTM Husqvarna dealership in Begumpet. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automobile sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Drive sales of two-wheelers by implementing effective sales strategies
- Generate leads through various channels and ensure proper follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles in the showroom
- Coordinate with management for promotional activities and campaigns
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales closing
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Team management and leadership skills
- Customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Knowledge of bike sales and automobile dealership operations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automobile dealerships
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of customer behavior and market trends
- Intermediate proficiency in English
