Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations at our KTM Husqvarna dealership in Begumpet. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automobile sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Drive sales of two-wheelers by implementing effective sales strategies
• Generate leads through various channels and ensure proper follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles in the showroom
• Coordinate with management for promotional activities and campaigns
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automobile dealerships
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of customer behavior and market trends
• Intermediate proficiency in English
