Job Description
Job Role :
We are hiring Business Development Managers for the Agency Channel. The selected candidates will be responsible for recruiting insurance advisors, building a sales team, training advisors, and driving life insurance business.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors.
- Build and manage an Agency team.
- Generate Life Insurance business through advisors.
- Motivate and guide advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
- Ensure business growth and achieve monthly targets.
Eligibility:-
Graduation is mandatory.
- Age: 23–38 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, CASA, Broking, or Field Sales.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
