Job Description
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate and convert leads for residential plots, villas, and real estate projects.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Train, motivate, and guide sales executives to improve productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 years of experience in real estate sales management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sales targets and team management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
