Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive business growth by sourcing customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other acquisition channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP sales, channel management, and mortgage products within the NBFC or Banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through DSAs, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
- Achieve monthly business targets for LAP disbursements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
- Conduct initial assessment of loan applications and coordinate with credit and technical teams for property evaluation.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation for loan sanction and disbursement.
- Track Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
- Drive fee income and cross-sell insurance and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate or MBA.
- 3–7 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Loan Against Property (LAP) product.
- Experience in NBFC or Banking is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing business through DSAs and Channel Partners.
- Experience handling loan ticket sizes of ₹50 Lakhs and above.
