🔎 Role Overview
Drive B2C field sales for V Protect’s smart alarm monitoring & response services. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and closing sales. The Team Leader role additionally includes managing team performance and driving revenue targets.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Promote & sell V Protect security solutions
* Generate leads through field visits, events & references
* Conduct product demonstrations & presentations
* Build strong customer relationships
* Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
* Develop partnerships with RWAs & local networks
* Execute BTL & market outreach activities
* (Team Leader Role) Manage team, sales strategy & revenue targets
* Provide market feedback & competitor insights
👤 Eligibility Criteria
* Qualification: Any Degree / MBA (B.Tech Preferred)
* Experience: 2 – 15 Years (B2C / Field Sales)
* Industry Background: Telecom / Fintech / Consumer Durables / Security (Preferred)
* Strong communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi)
* Team handling experience (for Team Leader role)
