Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive product visibility and sales growth for our paints and textures range. The role involves field sales, relationship-building with trade partners, and promoting our products to key influencers in the design and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail paint stores and dealers regularly to showcase product samples, catalogues, and shade cards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail store owners

• Identify and meet architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote our paints and textures for their ongoing and upcoming projects

• Conduct in-store product demonstrations and texture sample displays to educate retailers and end customers

• Drive brand visibility through point-of-sale (POS) material placement, display setup, and merchandising at retail outlets

• Generate leads from architects/designers and convert them into project orders

• Track competitor products, pricing, and promotional activity in the market

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across assigned territory

• Collect market feedback on product quality, packaging, and pricing, and share with the sales/marketing team

• Follow up on payments, orders, and dealer stock levels

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates
