Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, meet customers directly in the

field, generate leads, and increase sales. The candidate should be comfortable traveling locally and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, retailers, distributors, and business locations to promote products/services
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales deals
• Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Intermediate / Diploma
• 0.6–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
• Must own a bike and valid driving license (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications
