Job Description
JD, KRA & KPI of Business Development Executive & ManagerJob Description• Revenue Generation:Achieve monthly/quarterly targets through enrolments set by the Departmental Head• Customer Acquisition & Meetings:Conduct 18–25 meetings per week with SME/entrepreneur prospects to pitch offerings and close deals.• Lead Management:Track and follow up on all incoming leads from CRM, reviewers, campaigns, and references.• Sales Presentations & Consultations:Conduct structured solution-selling presentations based on smmart's sales frameworks (SPANCO, SPIN, Burgers).• Conversion & Closures:Handle objections, offer solutions, and ensure quick conversion from inquiry to closure.• CRM Reporting & Documentation:Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of meetings, lead progress, closure details, and pipeline forecasts in DAR / CRM.• Client Servicing Coordination:Ensure post-enrolment formalities adherence, coordinate handover to the Review & Delivery team for seamless onboarding.• Feedback & Testimonials:Gather client reviews, testimonials, and referrals post-conversion for continued brand credibility.• Seminar & Workshop Enrolments:Ensure conversion of footfalls from smmart workshops/seminars into full program enrolments.
