We are looking for a Sales Support Executive / Telecaller who will be responsible for data preparation, coordinating with the sales team, and handling outbound & inbound customer calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily sales data in Excel.
- Generate and update customer database.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between field sales team and clients.
- Share quotations, product details, and follow-up reminders.
- Maintain call records and daily activity reports.
- Assist sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Handle client inquiries professionally.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Good communication skills (English & local language).
- Ability to handle telecalling and follow-ups confidently.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
QualificationAny Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers can apply
