Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.

• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Support sales executives in achieving sales targets through timely information and documentation.
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales performance data and identify trends.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordination & Communication Liaise with customers regarding order status, documentation, and service requirements.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks related to sales activities.

Required Skills:

• Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Required Skills Strong knowledge of computers
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong report preparation and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
