Sales Support ManagerJob SummaryThe Sales Support Manager is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and analytical support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes and achievement of business objectives. The role requires strong computer skills, expertise in preparing and analyzing reports, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Support sales executives in achieving sales targets through timely information and documentation.
- Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance data and identify trends.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordination & Communication Liaise with customers regarding order status, documentation, and service requirements.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks related to sales activities.
Required Skills:
- Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Required Skills Strong knowledge of computers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong report preparation and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills Knowledge of sales forecasting and business analytics.
- Experience in dashboard creation and MIS reporting.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.
- Data quality and system maintenance.
- Sales team satisfaction and support effectiveness.
- Customer service responsiveness and issue resolution.
