Job Description

We are hiring a sharp, highly dynamic, and presentable Secretary / Executive Assistant to handle daily office coordination and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing daily schedules, appointments, and office correspondence.

* Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.

* Coordinating between departments and handling phone calls/emails efficiently.

* Maintaining files, records, and basic office documentation.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills and a highly professional, presentable appearance.

* Fast learner with strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, Emails, Internet browsing).

* Highly energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
