About the RoleCafe Belloso is looking for a responsible, alert, and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate should maintain a welcoming environment while effectively handling security responsibilities and emergency situations. Security guards are typically responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and maintaining safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and secure the cafe premises during operating and non-operating hours.
• Greet guests professionally and assist with entry, parking guidance, and general inquiries.
• Monitor customer movement and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of indoor and outdoor areas, including parking spaces.
• Handle crowd management during events, live music nights, screenings, and special gatherings.
• Ensure opening and closing security procedures are followed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, disputes, or accidents.
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities when required.
• Ensure all doors, gates, and entry points are properly secured after closing.
• Assist in maintaining discipline and preventing disturbances within the cafe premises.
