Summary:
As a Security Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions aimed at protecting digital assets and ensuring the continuity of business operations. This role requires integrating security controls seamlessly into various enterprise systems, applications, and processes. The practitioner actively works to prevent cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches by continuously assessing and enhancing security measures. Collaboration with different teams to align security strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring robust protection across the enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security policies and procedures are effectively communicated and enforced.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in identity and access management solutions and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of security architecture and integration of security controls within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to information security.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
