Senior Accountant

Looking for someone who manages the financial records and transactions for companies involved in construction, heavy machinery, and large-scale projects like roads, buildings, and bridges.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Accounting

Track costs for each project (materials, labor, machinery usage).

Equipment Cost ManagementMaintain records for earth movers (like excavators, bulldozers), including fuel, maintenance, and depreciation.

Billing & Invoicing Prepare bills for clients based on project progress (often called running bills or RA bills).

Expense TrackingMonitor daily expenses such as diesel, wages, transport, and site costs.

Payroll ManagementHandle salaries for workers, drivers, and operators.

GST & Tax Compliance (India)File GST returns, manage input/output tax, and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Budgeting & Cost ControlCompare estimated vs actual project costs and help reduce overspending.

Financial ReportingPrepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and project reports.
