Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Monitor customer collections and outstanding payments.

Revenue reconciliation of broadband and telecom services.

Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit documents.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams for financial planning.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP, and MS Excel.

Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.

Experience in telecom/ISP billing and revenue accounting preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines..
