Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase, sales, expenses, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Maintain stock and inventory records of fish feed products and raw materials.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements if required.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial policies.
• Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Experience in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
