Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) Technical Consultant
We are looking for a SR dynamcis 365 CE technical consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, Power Platform development, and Azure integrations. The role requires deep technical ownership of CRM solutions, working closely with architects and functional consultants to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance customer experience solutionsSolution Design & Architecture: Understand customer business needs and translate them into comprehensive technical designs for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Technical Leadership: Architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
Platform Strategy: Define and implement strategies for leveraging Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities to deliver maximum business value.
Innovation & Governance: Develop forward-thinking technology strategies, establish technical standards, and ensure compliance with security and performance guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and development teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Oversee technical reviews, validate solution designs, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
Post-Implementation Guidance: Provide expert advice and ongoing support to customers, ensuring optimal system performance and adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with advancements in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related technologies; recommend enhancements and optimizations.
7–10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE technical development
- Strong expertise in:
- C# / .NET
- JavaScript
- Dynamics 365 SDK
- Dataverse Web API
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Plugins
- Custom workflow activities
PCF control
Platform and tools
- Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service – at least one)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Azure DevOps / Git
- SQL Server & data concepts
