 Roles & responsibilities 
Analysis and design of technical functionality and features
Creation of BRD, Epics, user stories, Requirements definition and translation to Jira
Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing
Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders
Clears project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team’s progress
Help the team boost their productivity and performance
Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
Helps development team create high-quality products
Help team understand scrum values and principles
Arrange and optimize product backlog.
Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency
Act as a leader to software development team

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Well versed in JIRA
Strong communication skills, working with stake holders in US & India
Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)
Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written)

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 9 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
