Role Summary:
Handles day‑to‑day technical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems while guiding technicians to ensure smooth and safe functioning of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise daily technical operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG, fire systems).

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedules.

• Monitor critical equipment parameters and maintain logs/checklists.

• Coordinate with vendors/AMCs for specialized maintenance and timely issue closure.

• Respond to technical complaints and resolve faults efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory guidelines.

• Assist in energy management and upkeep of documentation/reports.
