Job Description
Senior Insurance Sales Manager
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven sales professional to lead business development and client acquisition initiatives in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance or financial services sales, strong market connections, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
- Identify, develop, and convert high-value business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships to generate business.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, sales, and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance Sales, Agency Sales, Bancassurance, Corporate Sales, Wealth Management, or Financial Services Sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Established network within the local market is highly preferred.
- Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and high-net-worth clients.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Comfortable with extensive field sales and client-facing interactions.
Preferred Background :
- Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Broking, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Experience handling premium clients, corporate accounts, or large-ticket sales opportunities.
