Senior & Junior IIT-JEE / NEET Faculty

We are looking for passionate, high-caliber educators to join our I.I.T-J.E.E & N.E.E.T Foundation School. We need versatile masters of their subjects who can seamlessly navigate between the rigors of I.I.T-J.E.E, the precision of N.E.E.T, and the foundational requirements of the State Board syllabus.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Faculty:

• Delivering high-impact lectures and conceptual mastery.
• Comprehensive coverage of J.E.E/N.E.E.T & State Board.
• Developing curriculum and advanced test papers.
• Guiding students on exam strategy and rank-building.

Junior Faculty:

• Assisting senior faculty during live sessions.
• Focus on foundation topics and board basics.
• Conducting intensive doubt-clearing sessions.
• Monitoring student progress and checking assignments.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Senior Faculty

• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in a reputed I.I.T-J.E.E/N.E.E.T coaching institute or school.
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (preferably from IITs/NITs), M.Sc., or Ph.D. in the relevant subject.
• Track Record: A history of producing Top 1000 ranks in J.E.E/N.E.E.T.
• Skillset: Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain high student engagement.

2. Junior Faculty

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience. We also welcome freshers from premier institutes (I.I.T/N.I.T/I.I.S.E.R) with a passion for teaching.
• Education: B.Tech or M.Tech, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in the relevant subject.
• Skillset: Strong foundational knowledge and the patience to handle multiple student queries.
