Roles and Responsibilities 

    Develop and implement robust stakeholder management strategies to engage and align stakeholders at all levels Ensure adherence to project governance policies standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project performance metrics and escalate risks or issues to appropriate governance bodies Lead governance meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and governance boards Collaborate with portfolio managers to align project objectives with broader organizational strategies Drive accountability for project outcomes by enforcing governance controls and processes Mentor and guide project teams on governance best practices and stakeholder engagement techniques Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams stakeholders and governance forums
