Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day residential project activities with site teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and execution status.
• Follow up with internal departments for drawings, approvals, materials, and documentation.
• Prepare project reports, MOMs, trackers, and progress updates.
• Handle client meetings, requirement discussions, and issue resolution professionally.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Ensure work execution is aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
• Track project milestones and support management in timely decision-making.
• Assist in billing coordination, BOQ tracking, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• 5–10 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong client handling and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
