Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for HVAC and dehumidification projects.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle key accounts and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.
• Conduct technical discussions and understand customer requirements to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project review discussions.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure timely execution.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing of HVAC, Dehumidification, Cleanroom, or related engineering solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and air handling solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
