Senior Site Engineer

AADYA INFRA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, construction supervision, and technical knowledge of BBS and Auto Level machine operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of on-site activities and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all construction activities at the site
• Experience in Mivan construction
• Strong knowledge of billing, quantity surveying, and estimation
• Quantity estimation and BOQ verification 
• Preparation and verification of client bills
• Operate Auto Level machine for accurate leveling and surveying
• Interpret and implement BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) drawings
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is executed as per project plans and specifications
• Maintain site records, work logs, and progress reports
• Enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on site
• Resolve any technical/site-related issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution and construction projects
• Proficient in using Auto Level instruments and reading/interpreting BBS drawings
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation

NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates who can independently manage site execution, billing, estimation, quantity take-offs, client management, and project coordination with minimal supervision.
