Senior Software Engineer - AEM Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe products.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a developer
• Experience working with Adobe Target
• AEM Development:
• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Implement content authoring workflows and user interfaces.
• Integrate AEM with other systems like DAM, CRM etc.
• Ensure AEM performance, scalability, and security.
• Handle AEM upgrades and maintenance.
• Adobe Target Implementation:
• Configure and administer Adobe Target for A/B testing, personalization, and other customer experience optimization initiatives.
• Execute best practices for technical implementations and provide a strategy to achieve exceptional solutions using Adobe Target.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Target to deliver personalized experiences.
• Develop and maintain data feeds for Adobe Target.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility to execute tests and personalized experiences.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to AEM, Target, and integrations.
• Provide technical support for AEM and Target users.
